"Imagine being at a private campground in the middle of the summer, surrounded by the beauty of nature .

Then imagine all sorts of people of all ages there with you.

As you wander around you notice some people diving into an outdoor pool near a children's playground.

You see others wading or swimming across a warm springfed pond from one sandy beach to another.

You hear drumming.

You have a drum with you.

You like to dance to the drum as well and so you are compelled to investigate.

While on one of the picturesque forest paths you come to a clearing.

You see people there selling food and other interesting articles.

Some people there are dancing along to drumming.

Suddenly the drumming starts to change.

You look around and notice many more people joining the song - clapping, singing, dancing, drumming.

It is then that you realise it is your drumming!"

At Drumfuzion we will be celebrating the unversality of rhythm from July 15 to July 17 2011.
Presentations, workshops, stage performances, vendors, firepit drumming and dancing, and especially you - the attendee - will help bring everyone together to create a new festival where we can discover and re-discover the rhythm that resides in and around all of us!

So, if you enjoy camping, swimming and nightly drumming and dancing around either of the two official Drumfuzion firepits,...then you must come! During the day you may want to meet new people and relax - spontaneous drum jams, swimming, reading....or you might want to experience something different in the world of rhythm by attending a presentation or workshop. Rest assured that whatever you do during the day, the early evenings will offer fantastic performances certain to re-charge and inspire you to keep the celebration drumming!
